Occupational Diseases
Occupational diseases cover a number of ailments that occur as a result of working in a certain industry or location. Sufferers of occupational diseases may be eligible for financial compensation for their conditions if their company was at fault and failed to take appropriate precautions and measures to protect their employees from dangerous substances.
